These terms describe use of IndusPoint’s early-access business and industrial product discovery service.
Marketplace scope and demonstration listings
IndusPoint helps buyers explore business storefronts and products and contact real listed businesses. Listings marked [DEMO] are synthetic examples. Their names, addresses, prices, specifications and imagery are demonstration content and are not commercial offers. IndusPoint does not process purchases, payments, shipping or fulfilment.
Accounts and seller content
Keep account credentials secure and provide accurate information that you have the right to publish. Sellers are responsible for their catalogue and public contact information. Applications require platform review before publication. Review or publication does not guarantee product quality, certifications, availability, suitability or a transaction outcome. We may restrict content or access for misuse or inaccurate information.
Buyer enquiries and external contact
Send relevant, lawful enquiries and share only contact details you are entitled to use. Enquiries are sent to the chosen business with your explicit consent. Confirm specifications, prices, availability and commercial terms directly with the real business before relying on a listing. External calls, messages, emails and websites operate under those services’ own terms.
AI-assisted discovery
When available, AI assistance ranks records retrieved from our public catalogue. It can miss relevant records or select unsuitable ones. Matches and quoted catalogue evidence are discovery aids, not technical advice or proof of supplier capability. Check the original listing and verify requirements directly. AI never places an order or contacts a business on your behalf.
Acceptable use and availability
Do not submit spam, fraudulent listings, unlawful material or someone else’s private information. Do not attempt to bypass access controls, access private documents or abuse the service. The product is evolving; functionality and availability may change. We do not promise uninterrupted operation or accuracy of seller-provided content.
